How do I register for Basic+ Lexile & Quantile Hub membership?

Registration is not required to access Lexile & Quantile tools. Registration is required to access enhanced features. Click the Register button at the top of the page. Provide the following information in the corresponding text boxes: Email Address, Password and Confirm Password. Select the correct Country and State from the drop-down lists. Select the most applicable role: Educator, Parent or Researcher, then click the Create Account button.

Note: Educators, use your school- or district-issued email address to establish qualification for free Premium access as an educator in a Lexile and Quantile partner state.

Note: Students should proceed as an unregistered Basic user.

How do I subscribe for Premium Lexile & Quantile Hub membership?

Basic guests and Basic+ members can purchase advanced features by clicking the Upgrade button. Basic guests will first provide the following information in the corresponding text boxes: Email Address, Password and Confirm Password. Select the correct Country and State from the drop-down lists. Click the option button that corresponds to your role: Student (must be over 13), Educator, Parent or Researcher, then click the Create Account button.

Note: Educators, use your school- or district-issued email address to establish qualification for free Premium access as an educator in a Lexile and Quantile partner state.

On the billing page, enter the following information: Full Name, Address, State, City and Zip Code. Accepted credit card providers are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Next, enter a Credit Card number, Expiration Date and Security Code, then click the Submit Payment button. The Auto-renewal default setting is On. To deselect Auto-renewal, click the toggle at the bottom of the page. You will receive a subscription confirmation email from support@Lexile.com as well as a separate receipt.

How do I get around the Lexile & Quantile Hub landing page?

The Lexile & Quantile Hub landing page presents the pathway to access all tools and a brief description of their function. The tool cards and logos are color-coded to ensure clarity with Lexile tools in green and Quantile tools in blue. The page opens by default to All Tools but users can filter for Tools for Educators, Tools for Parents, or Tools for Students. Click on the tool icon or on the tool description area in the card to go directly to the selected tool.

How do I get to Lexile & Quantile Hub Tools?

From Hub.Lexile.com, there are two ways to quickly navigate to a tool. Navigate to any tool by clicking on the tool name from the Quick Links navigation bar or click on the tool card on the Menu page.

How does the Lexile & Quantile Hub notification system work?

Note: Feature only for Basic+ and Premium users.

Users will receive important notifications and update messages automatically. The bell icon, located at the top of the page, will turn red when notifications are present. The number next to the bell icon will indicate the number of unread messages. Click the bell icon to read messages.

How can I add and remove tools from my Quick Links sidebar menu?

The Quick Links menu on the left side of the Lexile & Quantile Hub provides immediate access to specific tools. To customize the list of Quick Links, click on the star on the tool card to add to your menu. To remove a tool from your menu, click the star again.

How do I get to Lexile.com or Quantiles.com from the Lexile & Quantile Hub?

To navigate to Lexile.com or Quantiles.com from the Lexile & Quantile Hub, click the Lexile or Quantile logo at the bottom of the Quick Links menu.

What are the Lexile & Quantile Hub System Requirements requirements?

Browsers: Firefox 78 and above, Google Chrome 80 and above, Microsoft Edge 80 and above, Safari 13 and above.
